Young Leaders for Change Help Protect Nature

WWF-Malaysia sincerely thanks the British International School of Kuala Lumpur Leaders for Change for building support and raising about RM6,500 (including cash donations) for our conservation efforts.

Students Sasha Philip, Zac Alexander Philip, Chaebin Park, Anishka Nambiar, Sabina Akhundova and Ramaira Dutta, under the supervision of their teacher Mr Florian L'Hostis, set an inspiring example for youths by taking action to protect nature. They undertook research and interviews with conservationists; shared the vital nature protection message with their friends, families and communities; raised funds through food sales; as well as hosted WWF-Malaysia’s educational and merchandise booth during the BSKL Summer Fair on 21 June 2024.

WWF-Malaysia commends the students of the British International School of Kuala Lumpur for supporting nature conservation. We should all take action to protect nature, which we need for fresh water, clean air, climate change mitigation, food, as well as to safeguard our comfort, prosperity and bright future.
