The PMTC programme envisions the region's forests, wildlife, and freshwater ecosystems to coexist harmoniously with people.
The scope of work for the programme encompasses priority landscapes across Peninsular Malaysia within the states of Kedah, Terengganu, Pahang, Selangor and Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. In addition, the Protected Areas Management Effectiveness component covers various Protected Areas across Peninsular Malaysia.
