For A Greener Future Webcomic Series
Inspiring a Greener Future with Maya, Adam, and Lydia
Step into the vibrant world of our eco-champions, Maya, Adam, and Lydia, three mismatched Malaysians who are all determined to make a difference in their hectic lives in the big city. In our 8-part webcomic series, they navigate the ups and downs of living sustainably in a society where eco-friendly choices are often met with hard realities and challenges. Do you think our eco-champions will be up to the task?
Through humour and relatable stories, this tale of unlikely friendship brings to life the power of small, consistent actions in shaping a greener lifestyle wherever you are.
Climate change and environmental degradation impact us all, and the solutions often feel out of reach. Maya, Adam, and Lydia show us how small changes in our daily lives can lead to bigger impacts, proving that sustainability is not just a mere dream—but a life-long journey we can all take together.
This webcomic series isn’t just about storytelling; it’s about sparking action and inspiring readers to think about how they, too, can do their part and contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.
Explore each episode as it unfolds, uncover tips for sustainable living, and learn how you can make a difference today. Together, we can turn tough challenges into opportunities and build a more comfortable and greener future for generations to come.

Malaysia has shown progress in enhancing access to clean water, although challenges remain in water governance. The findings from a collaborative study conducted in 2022 by Monash University Malaysia, WWF Malaysia, and WaterEd Association shed light on key aspects: respondents' water knowledge, attitudes towards water, and water-related behaviours.
WWF-Malaysia released a report entitled “Study on EPR Scheme Assessment for Packaging Waste in Malaysia”. In the report, WWF identifies the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme as a critical and effective policy tool in holding manufacturers accountable for the end-of-life impacts of their plastic products and packaging. EPR as a policy instrument also encourages adoption of holistic eco-design among the business sector.
