We cordially welcome all interested stakeholders requesting access to our map at any time, primarily for reference purposes. Our commitment is to provide a secure and efficient process for your convenience. Please find the following terms and conditions:
1. Access Request Procedure
Interested parties may request access at their discretion. Subsequent to your request, our administrator and relevant assessing authorities will verify and process it within a period of three to five business days, though this timeframe may be subject to change.
2. Status Notification
Upon conclusion of the verification process, you will promptly receive an email notification detailing the status of your request. We aim to keep you informed at every stage of the process.
3. User Credentials
Each User ID and password is intended exclusively for the use of registered stakeholders. We strictly prohibit any dissemination of these credentials to third parties to uphold data security and privacy.
4. Active Duration
Please be aware that User IDs and passwords will remain active for a predefined duration, as indicated in the notification email that you will receive. We will also notify you prior to the deactivation of the User ID and password, when it expires.
5. Renewal of Access
Should you require continued access beyond the expiry date of your User ID and password, you will have to reapply for access. We are committed to accommodating your needs.
6. Prohibition of Public Sharing
We must emphasise that the sharing of information and maps from our web application with the general public is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to safeguard the responsible and controlled use of our resources.
