Inaugural ‘Earth Hour #Connect2Earth Pledge for Nature’ Nationwide Contest Results
We invited everyone to pledge to switch off this Earth Hour and show you want a healthy natural world we can all rely on, and support efforts to save our wildlife, save our forests and save ourselves. Protect nature, as it is one of our greatest allies against climate change and is vital for our survival and prosperity.
We invited lecturers and students to join millions and ‘Speak Up for Nature’ by participating in the inaugural ‘Earth Hour #Connect2Earth Pledge for Nature’ nationwide contest. From 1 February 2021 to Earth Day 22 April 2021, lecturers and students worked together with friends and family to generate as many pledges for nature as possible.
WWF-Malaysia extends heartfelt thanks to all participants. The more people pledge their support of WWF-Malaysia’s conservation efforts, the stronger our call to make environmental protection a priority on the national agenda becomes.
