Strengthening Southeast Asia: Adaptation and Resilience through Collaboration and Innovation

SEACAR Report 2 titled "Strengthening Southeast Asia: Adaptation and Resilience through Collaboration and Innovation" builds on the first report by shifting focus from framing the challenge to showcasing action on the ground. Jointly developed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Think City, and WWF-Malaysia, the report explores how collaboration and innovation can accelerate climate adaptation across Southeast Asia. Structured around six key themes, infrastructure, trade, water, agriculture, health, and natural ecosystems, it features ten initiatives from five ASEAN countries. These case studies demonstrate how science, policy, technology, and community-driven solutions can converge to address climate risks, protect livelihoods, and enhance resilience for both people and nature.
