Banggi Youth Club members successfully thawed their way into the heart of the local community on Banggi Island. They educate, monitor and train the local community on Green Lifestyle initiatives in support of the gazettement of the proposed Tun Mustapha Park. Their efforts have resulted in the integration of the Green Lifestyle modules into the high school after school curriculum, and the implementation of ‘No Plastic Bag Friday’ in Karakit, the main town on Banggi Island.

Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security (CTI-‐CFF) Conference will be held at Marriot IOI Hotel, Putrajaya from 10-11 June 2013.
