If you are a HSBC user or if you have a HSBC account you can now donate to WWF-Malaysia via http://www.hsbc.com.my
Add Payee
STEP 1: Login into HSBC Internet Banking
STEP 2:Click Pay a Bill on the Left Hand Menu
STEP 3:Click Add Payee
STEP 4:Choose merchant that you need to add by key in their name or select the first alphabet of the merchant name.
List of merchants name will appear on the screen
STEP 5:Select WWF
STEP 6:Key in “00” for account number
STEP 7:Click confirm button
STEP 8:Key in 6 digits number from OTP security device
STEP 9:Click confirm button
Please add another payee if you have more than one payee to add
STEP 10:If not you can click on pay a bill button
Pay a Bill
STEP 1:Choose your account number or Credit Card account with HSBC that you need to deduct to make a payment.
STEP 2:Select WWF from Pay To list
STEP 3:Key in amount that you need to pay
STEP 4:Select either you want to Pay Now, Pay Later or Set Up Recurring
Payment at Date & Frequency.
STEP 5:Click Pay button
STEP 6:Double check your own account number, payee name & amount before click confirm button
STEP 7:Click confirm button
STEP 8:Acknowledgement screen will appear please noted down transaction reference number
Note: Please start at Pay a Bill step if you need to pay the same merchant in future.
