In establishing the Royal Belum State Park, WWF-Malaysia’s main partner is the Perak State Parks Corporation. Other relevant agencies include the Perak State Forestry Department and Department of Wildlife and National Parks.

Our work was given a boost when Honda Malaysia generously donated RM5 million to conserve the Sumatran rhinoceros at the Royal Belum and Danum Valley in Sabah. Part of this funding will be used to prepare the tourism management plan for the Royal Belum.
