• Pahang Department of Wildlife and National Parks (DWNP)

The local residents’ involvement in planning and implementing environmental conservation activities through FRESH in collaboration with local government agencies such as FHDC, MDR, Pahang Forestry and DWNP is important as they have the legal mandate to decide on the type of development and conservation initiatives in Fraser’s Hill.

Funders

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad donated funds to develop and conduct capacity building of FRESH, greening campaigns and activities for the whole community as well as the upgrading of Bishop Trail.

The US Government through the Embassy of the United States of America donated generous funding for FRESH and WWF-Malaysia to further enhance the conservation of Fraser’s Hill and path ways for the local community to take independent action for the betterment of FH environment.
